Major retailers such as 'Intertorg' ('Semya', SPAR), X5 Retail Group ('Pyaterochka', 'Perekrestok', 'Karusel') and the chains 'Lenta' and 'Dixie' reported that there could be problems with the supply of goods to Russian shops from 15 November.
The reason for this lies in the fact that the logistics companies have still not received 'Plato' counters and their vehicles cannot move without a penalty on the roads, thus 30% of the transport of goods are under question, Kommersant daily reports.
