EMERCOM is to increase the number of rescuers in Crimea. The statement was made by the head of the department Vladimir Puchkov after a meeting on Crimea having its electricity supply cut by Ukraine.
"We made a decision today to increase groups of forces, mobilize domestic resources, as well as strengthen the federal component. Regulatory bodies and units are working in non-stop mode," Tass cites him as saying.
