Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said today at a press conference that Ankara is not giving up the scenario for the purchase of American Patriot air defense systems, but the United States will have to fulfill a number of conditions.
“If our conditions are met, then we will be able to consider the possibility of procurement,” he said, without specifying exactly what conditions Turkey sets for the United States to conclude this deal.
