Without the Russian military operation there would be no truce in Syria. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Duma international affairs committee, Alexey Pushkov.
"If it were not for Russia's military operation there would be no truce or negotiations in Syria, and Daesh and the al-Nusra Front would be preparing to divide Damascus," the MP wrote on his Twitter page.
