Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Yukiya Amano, that Moscow strictly monitors issues related to nuclear non-proliferation.
"We occupy a solid 40% of the global market in one of the most technologically sophisticated spheres, in the enrichment of uranium. Everyone knows that we strictly monitor all issues related to nuclear non-proliferation," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
