Today, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. The parties discussed the work of the joint Russian-Turkish Center to monitor Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire, the Kremlin press service reports.
"During the telephone conversation, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, and the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, welcomed the opening of the joint Russian-Turkish Center to monitor the ceasefire and all hostilities in the conflict zone," the statement reads, RIA Novosti reports.
