Russia's President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev congratulated Azerbaijani First Vice President, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva on the occasion of the International Women’s Day - March 8th.
"Dear Mehriban Arifovna! I congratulate you on International Women's Day. I sincerely wish this wonderful holiday to give you with the warmth of the upcoming spring, attention and care of your family and friends," a congratulatory letter from the Russian President says.
"Let success and luck always accompany you in life's journey, may harmony and love reign in your house. I wish you robust health and all the best,"Vladimir Putin wished Mehriban Aliyeva.
