Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in the capital of Kazakhstan. He is to hold a meeting with Nursultan Nazarbayev, as well as participate in the CIS summit and a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.
Earlier, presidential aide Yuri Ushakov reported that Putin arrived the day before the summit at the personal invitation of Nazarbayev.
