Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed Russia-Ukraine relations with permanent members of Russia’s Security Council, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Along with topical issues on the domestic agenda, the meeting participants touched on some aspects of Russian-Ukrainian relations, taking into account the phone talks between Putin and [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky which took place yesterday," RIA Novosti cited the Kremlin spokesman as saying.
