Kazlikina's successor remains known.
Putin also appointed Vladimir Stepanov instead of Sergey Shlyakova to the post of First Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters, UGA reports.
