Putin dismisses two heads of Ministry of Emergency Situations

Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed the deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Vladimir Artamonov, and the deputy head of the National Emergency Management Center, Sergei Vorontsov. The corresponding decree of the head of state is posted on the portal of the legal information.
