Russian President Vladimir Putin presented the candidacy of Elvira Nabiullina for appointment as the Governor of the Russian Central Bank to the State Duma, the press service of the lower house of the Russian parliament said on Friday.
Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin asked the financial market committee to present this matter for the review by the Council of the State Duma on March 21.
Nabiullina became the Governor of the Bank of Russia in June 2013.
