Presidential Internet Adviser German Klimenko said that Russia could be entirely cut off from the global internet in an interview with RT, The Moscow Times reported.
"There is a high probability of tectonic shifts downward in our relations with the West. Therefore, our task is to adjust the Russian segment of the internet to protect ourselves from such scenarios," he said.
