Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday arrived in Minsk where he will take part in the meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, a Post-Soviet security bloc.
"There are plans to discuss key issues of cooperation in the organization’s framework, topical international and regional issues, and also measures on further improving the CSTO’s collective security system," the Kremlin press service said, TASS reports.
