Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver his annual state of the nation address to the Federal Assembly on December 1, the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"The address will be delivered on December 1," TASS cited Peskov as saying.
"As for the press conference, it will also be in December, in the second half. We will notify further," he added.
