During the summit in Bishkek, Russian President Vladimir Putin is going to outline the concept of Russia's chairmanship in the CIS in 2017, presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said.
He noted that the main purpose of Russia's chairmanship in the organization is to strengthen the international authority, increase the efficiency of structures and institutions of the commonwealth, as well as strengthen cooperation in the fight against terrorism, RIA Novosti reports.
