A real size of pensions for the Russians can further decrease to 0.5% each year due to the abolition of indexation for the working pensioners, the Minister of Labour Maxim Topilin said today.
According to him, today in Russia there are 30 million unemployed and 10 million working pensioners, RIA Novosti reports.
