Dagestan plans to celebrate the National Unity Day at full blast, but in addition to concerts and various actions that will be held in the cities and districts of the republic, the Dagestan authorities also plan cultural and educational program, the press service of the region's head reports.
"On November 3, Big Ethnographic Dictation will be held in Makhachkala, Derbent, Kizlyar and Buinaksk. This event will be held all over the country,” AIF-Dagestan quotes the message of the press-service.
