The website of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly announced today that Roberto Montella is starting work as the new secretary general of the Parliamentary Assembly in accordance with the vote that took place in July last year. The Secretary General of the OSCE PA was previously Spencer Oliver.
According to the site, Montella worked for many years in the OSCE in various positions in the organization, including those involved in its missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Serbia and Montenegro.
