Yesterday, discussing the bill on the development of agglomerations, the Minister of Transport of the Rostov Region, Andrei Ivanov, offered to take a closer look at the experience of road traffic in Moscow, where the traffic jams issue in the center was solved by clearing it of the personal vehicles. According to the minister, the expansion of roads and construction of new junctions would not solve the congestion problem.
"This idea has the right to exist, but with one important circumstance - the public transportation system should work perfectly," the head of the online outlet Rostov-Transport, Igor Negodaev said, AIF-Rostov reports.
