Kazakhstani Pirmammad Aliyev and Danil Musabaev took the cup In men's synchronized trampoline. Silver was won by Russians Mikhail Melnik and Oleg Seljutin, bronze went to Japanese Katsufumi Tasaki and Tetsuya Sotomura.
Belarusian trampoline gymnasts Anna Garchonak and Tatiana Pyatrenya led in women's synchronized trampoline. Silver was won by Azerbaijani Svetlana Makshtarova and Veronica Zemlyanaya. Bronze went to Portuguese Beatriz Martins and Sylvia Scioto.
In men's tumbling Russian Grigory Noskov became a champion, Azerbaijani Mikhail Malkin became a vice-champion. British Elliott Brown became the third.
Russian Anna Korobeinikova was the best in women's tumbling. The second and third place were taken by Raquel Pinto from Portugal and Bianca Zonekind from South Africa.
Thus, there are six medals of the World Cup in Baku in the bank of the Russian national team, and the Azerbaijani team earned three silvers.
The first World Cup in Trampoline Gymnastics and Tumbling of the new Olympic cycle was held on February 18-19th at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku.
