Russia and Poland have signed a protocol for cargo transit until the end of 2016. Under the agreement Moscow and Warsaw have received 170 thousand permits, Russia’s Deputy Transport Minister Nikolay Asaul said.
It is known that the order of the Russian Ministry of Transport will come into force in the beginning of April after its registration in the Justice Ministry, RIA Novosti reports.
