Russia and United States agree on safe distance in Syrian skies

‘‘Moscow and Washington have agreed on the distance that should be maintained between Russian and American aircraft in the airspace of Syria,’’ Pentagon spokesman Peter Cook said.

"Such an accident hasn’t happened yet, but if a Russian aircraft violates these conditions, it will be quite obvious," Interfax cites him as saying.
