Israel's recent intensified missile and bomb attacks in Syria have raised concerns in Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Wednesday, Xinhua reports.
"We consider it unconditionally important to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Syrian Arab Republic and other states of the region," the ministry said in a statement.
Israel's actions have aggravated tensions in Syria and contradict efforts toward reaching a political settlement in the country, it added.
