The Russian government has published a decree, which defines a series of measures to improve the monitoring of purchases of defense industry products.
It also clarifies that it "is aimed at import substitution" in this area.
In particular, "the EEU member countries will be provided with a national regime regarding the goods included on the list [other goods will be removed from it for two years].
In addition, the document notes that "a new procedure for confirming the lack of production of the goods specified on the list in the EEU countries will be developed," TASS reports.
