Russian Deputy Energy Minister Anatoly Yanovsky said the issue of providing a loan to Iran is not linked to Tehran’s position on the possible freezes on output of oil.
"These things are not related, they are completely different. If we talk about the loan, this loan is for specific investment projects which are of mutual interest," RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
Recall, Russia is currently considering providing two pilot loans to Iran.
