Russia has called for an international tribunal on terrorists to be convened, as well as measures to be worked out to prevent the financing of terrorist organizations, Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko said today.
She also noted that Russia expressed an initiative to create a large broad international coalition against terrorism under the aegis of the UN, RIA Novosti reports.
