Russia will need at least 10 years to build its own F 1 race car, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said today after the meeting with car-makers in Sochi.
"The result of our meeting with car-makers should become a creation of the Russian F1 race car. We talked about plans until 2024, but I do not think that now it is possible. In my opinion, this task can be accomplished within a decade, " TASS quotes him as saying.
