Russia plans to completely liberate Syria from terrorists before the end of this year, head of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security Viktor Bondarev said.
He also noted that Russia's Air Force are at the final stage of the fight against terrorists, which began after the liberation of Raqqa.
