The leading countries are ready to sign a cyber non-aggression pact under the auspices of the UN, Major-General Yuri Kuznetsov said.
"The global informatization of society allows modern technologies to be used to destabilize the social situation inside countries and influence the population. The heads of leading countries have understood that it is necessary to ensure legal regulation of this sphere. The first step on the way to creating such conditions will be a cyber non-aggression pact that is planned to be signed under UN auspices," he noted.
According to Kuznetsov, the pact will ban "cyber attacks on critically important information resources of a country," TASS reports.
