‘‘In 2015-17 Russia is to invest $34 million in order to build a crisis center in Armenia,’’ the Minister of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of the Republic Armen Yeritsyan said today, when discussing the draft budget for 2016.
‘‘The center is to be located in the village of Balahovit near the capital. It will be equipped with the most modern rescue equipment. It will allow rescue operations to be carried out not only in Armenia, but also in other countries,’’ News.am cites the minister.
