Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Russia will work to protect itself from the negative effect of sanctions.
He stressed that Russia is a strong state, "confident in its own capabilities, realizing its potential, being an integral part of the multipolar world."
"We will work purposefully and vigorously, we are focused to avoid the negative effect of any kind of American sanctions, and there are opportunities for this," TASS quotes him as saying.
