Experts of Rosselkhoznadzor have given the green light to dairy imports from Iran to the Russian market. The assistant head of Rosselkhoznadzor, Alexey Alexeyenko, confirmed that dairy products have passed inspections and are ready for export.
To start exporting, Iranian products will require the signing of documents, ensuring their transportation with all the rules that guarantee the integrity and security of the delivered products.
When importing foodstuffs, Russia applies the same strict rules as European countries. Russian inspectors carry out unannounced checks of the supplied food, fruits and vegetables for their compliance with quality requirements, Iran.ru reports.
