The Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Mikhail Galuzin announced the return of the Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin to Yerevan.
In May of this year, Kopyrkin was summoned to Moscow for consultations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Galuzin called the ambassador's summons a standard procedure that "is used quite often".
