The Russian government instructed the Ministry of Finance to submit by February 15, 2020 proposals to ensure uniform and efficient spending of budget funds. The relevant information is in the list of instructions adopted following a government meeting held on December 12.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation also noted the low efficiency of the implementation of the federal target programs (FTP) - "Development of the penal system (2018-2026)" and ”2017-2025 Development of cosmodromes to support the space activities of the Russian Federation" - in the first nine months of 2019.
