The meeting between the head of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Aleksander Novak, and the Saudi Arabian Oil Minister Ali al-Naimi will be held today, a source close to the negotiations reported.
"The meeting will be held in a few hours," Interfax cited him as saying.
The official representative of the Russian Energy Ministry was unavailable for comment.
