The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated the importance of delimiting the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia for stability in the South Caucasus.
The diplomat emphasized that Russia was monitoring the beginning of the practical phase of work on delimiting the state border between countries.
She added that Moscow was ready to provide advisory assistance to Baku and Yerevan on this issue on the basis of trilateral agreements.
