The results of presidential elections in the United States and some European countries make people question the effectiveness of Western socio-economic development model, director of the North America Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Georgy Borisenko said.
"We are witnessing the weakening of Western socio-economic development model, which was supposed to be universal," he said.
