Russian Foreign Ministry has condemned the blocking of the site of the Russian news agency Sputnik by the Turkish authorities.
"We consider it as a completely unauthorized action and another flagrant violation of fundamental human rights and freedoms, including freedom of speech and the right of access to information,’’ Tass cite his as saying.
