The Russian Foreign Ministry posted a statement regarding the terrorist attack in Ankara on its official website.
"We convey our deepest condolences to the Turkish people over the terrorist attack in Ankara on February 17. We express sincere sympathy to the friends and families of those killed. We wish the speediest recovery to those injured in this horrific act," the document says.
"This barbaric crime cannot be justified. Its organizers and orchestrators must answer for their actions. The incident once again shows the necessity of uniting all countries in fighting international terrorism," the ministry stressed.
