All the National Guard’s units in the North Caucasus have been put on high alert after an armed gang’s attack on a military unit in Chechnya, the Deputy Commander of the Russian National Guard Troops in the North Caucasian District, Nikolai Dolonin, said.
"All the units of the National Guard, and also of the Interior Ministry have been placed on combat alert. All the measures are being taken jointly with the Interior Ministry and the Federal Security Service," TASS cited Dolonin as saying.
