The Russian National Rating Agency will begin its work in the middle of 2016. According to the vice president of Gazprombank, Ekaterina Trofimova, it requires to fulfill two conditions: the accreditation of the Bank of Russia and readiness of the agency.
The head of the agency noted that it will only work in a national scale during the first phase, and therefore "the direct competition on the international financial instruments will be limited."
It is expected that the agency will be called 'Analytical credit rating agency' (ACRA).
