  Russian Ombudsman proposes to adapt special law for Crimea

Russian High Commissioner for Human Rights, Tatiana Moskalkova, proposes to adapt a special law on the implementation of the rights of the citizens of Crimea and Sevastopol, RIA Novosti reports.


The Ombudsman noted that despite the end of the transitional period, the difference between the Ukrainian and Russian legislation still does not allow to solve some of the problems faced by the Crimeans, including in matters of property registration.
