The official opening ceremony of the Russian-Turkish monitoring center will take place tomorrow in the liberated Aghdam, the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza reported.
Within the framework of this center's work, representatives of the Russian and Turkish Armed Forces will jointly monitor the implementation of the trilateral Statement signed by the leaders of the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan and Armenia on November 9, 2020.
