Russian and Turkish airliners almost collided over Istanbul

According to the Turkish media, yesterday, a dangerous rapprochement happened between two Boeing-737 aircrafts - the Russian (Pobeda) and the Turkish (Pegasus) airplanes at the Istanbul Ataturk airport.

As explained at the airport, the Pobeda airplane, flying from Moscow, could not land due to the wind and appeared finally on the trajectory of other airliners, almost blocking the way for the airplane flying to Izmir.
