Eduard Basurin stressed that "the representative of the Ukrainian side in STSKK Major General Taran knew about the location of the Russian representatives.

"The OSCE mission was also fired in the area of ​​the filter station. A mine exploded at the distance about 100 meters from the observers. After that, they left the place,’’ he added.
