According to the document, posted on the website of the Cabinet, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev approved an incentive plan to attract private investment in the development of the sanatorium complex of the Russian Federation.
"The plan envisages the creation of an interdepartmental working group for the development of the sanatorium and resort complex in Russia, the analysis of the effectiveness of using its facilities and existing co-financing instruments for ongoing public-private partnership projects and concession agreements," the document says, RIA Novosti reported.
