Russian navy Tu-142 patrol planes of the Pacific Fleet Naval Aviation (Pacific Fleet) conducted a scheduled flight over the neutral waters of the Pacific and Arctic Oceans, the Russian Defense Ministry informed.
The department said that two aircraft overcame more than 5,000 km, the flight duration was about 12 hours.
During the flight, the pilots worked out flight skills over the terrain without reference points.
