The Russian government has issued a decree, according to which officials will be able to fly abroad at the expense of budget resources only on domestic Russian airlines.
"The duty of individuals whose air travel costs are reimbursed from the federal budget is set regulatory to buy tickets of Russian airlines. The list of such airlines is posted on the official website of the Federal Air Transport Agency," RIA Novosti cited the explanatory reference to the decree.
If there is no such possibility, then it is permitted to purchase tickets for flights of EEU countries' airlines. And only in a case when there are none is the official allowed to fly by another carrier.
