The average price of the Urals export oil blend in February 2022 fell by 1.86 times year-on-year and amounted to $49.56 per barrel, the Russian Ministry of Finance said.
"The average price of the Urals oil blend was formed as $49.56 per barrel in February 2023, which is 1.86 times lower than in February 2022 ($92.15 per barrel)," the Ministry said.
The average Urals price in January - February 2023 amounted to $49.52 per barrel ($88.89 per barrel within two months of the last year, the Ministry noted.
The average price of the Urals oil blend stood at $50.51 a barrel from January 15 to February 14, the Ministry informed earlier.
